Creamy Blue Cheese Dressing
This creamy dressing features St. Pete's Select Blue Cheese made right down the road in Faribault, Minnesota and aged in sandstone caves.
- 2 1/2 ounces St Pete's Blue Cheese
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Add ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Mix with whisk until well blended. Chill. Serve with your favorite green salad or as a dip.
