Da Vinci is a very interesting Dutch Gouda. The full-cream cheese made from pure Dutch cow's milk is filled with a subtle balance of tomatoes, olives and wonderful Mediterranean seasonings. A dash of garlic completes the masterpiece. Da Vinci is perfect cubed or sliced as a snack, on sandwiches (melted as well), shredded on salads, in baked dishes and on vegetables.
