This cheese is another fine Faribault Dairy product. It is a raw milk, blue veined cheese that is sweeter and drier than their regular blue cheese. Cave aged a minimum of 90 days; the cheese is sharper in flavor. For a simple hors d'oeuvres try pairing it with dried fruit and nuts or use as a table cheese for dessert. Sold in 9 oz. wedges
